Assessment

No two users are the same, and we understand how important it is that assistive technology is tailored to your needs. We will work with you and members of your care circle who know you best, such as your occupational therapist, to ensure that we give you the tools to make emitto™ do what it does best. We will also assess and optimize your living environment before installation, taking out the guesswork so everything runs smoothly, out-of-the-box.

 

Training

Learning a new system is always a challenge, but we are there every step of the way. After your emitto™ is first installed, a member of Novalte's Support and Training team will schedule time with you to go over all of the system's capabilities and customize your system to ensure that it is tailored to your needs. But it doesn't end there - if you ever want to go over your system's capabilities again or simply need a refresher, contact us and we will be happy to help!

 

Remote support

emitto™ connects to Novalte's cloud services. This allows our Support and Training team to monitor, diagnose, and fix issues as they arise, and sometimes before you even notice. If something is not right with your system, we are only a phone call or email away! We will have your system back up in no time!
